Sleeping positions

Does it matter which way you sleep? I'm usually a stomach sleeper, but since I got banded I've been sleeping on my back. Haven't really had a good nights rest and I think a lot of it has to do with how I'm sleeping. Want to try new positions, but scared of messing something up.

I slept on my stomach since the same day of surgery. You can't hurt anything so get comfy and a good night's sleep :)

I am a total stomach sleeper! Took about 4 days from surgery to get back on my stomach, but have slept soundly since on my stomach!

I sleep on my side with a pillow next to my stomach for support.

No sleeping restrictions for me.... My dr said to get comfortable any way you want.
