10 days post-op & Hungry????

I got banded on the 12th. I'm meeting my liquid and protein intake for the day and still feel hungry....is this normal??? I dont' know what to do, I don't want to go over my protein for the day so I just keep drinking, but still hungry.

how much are drinking at one time? I am 5 days post op

My recommendation would be to spread out your calorie consumption. For example have your breakfast broth/soup wait as long as possible say in hour then have the protein shake. You'll be eating the same amount of calories as as you would of if you ate them back to back but this might help with the head hunger.

Yes completely normal and I agree with honk. Try to spread it out and just keep drinking water in between or some hot tea!
