Www.emeals.com they use major stores and every week they send you a meal plan with grocery list. There are several to choose from. Check them out let me know what u think I'm considering doing the low fat program.

Are they done in portions for bandsters or Regular dieters?...not sure where you are in your journey....

I am going to check them out. This is how I lost some weight before my surgery doing the Paleo lifestyle, I am going to go back to it but now with my smaller portions. Before I never obviously watched my portions.

I used this sevice once. I costs about $5.00 a month, you choose what plan you want usually by what store you shop. They do have "diet" plans. I choice the Aldi plan to save money. I found some pretty good quick and easy recipes.
