One time

Hey all was wondering do any of you allow your Self to be treated once in a while. I am 3 weeks post op doing great but today a coworker brought authentic chocolates couldn't help by try one tiny one is this something I should feel guilty about

I don't regret any decision in my life because at the end I will make it work

Yes, but I do not over induludge. It's a fine line to walk. Just be careful, you are still very early on. Just make sure you are following doctors orders and not over eating.

Being banded isn't meant to be punitive. Thin people eat chocolate. They eat 1-2. The problem is when you eat 5-6.
