No eating and drinking....

Ok so I understand I shouldn't eat and drink I also know no drinking for 30-60 minutes after eating. So what about drinking before eating?

Thanks ladies! Sometimes I feel hungry so I sip a cup a water then I realize I'm actually hungry not just thirsty. So I wasn't for sure if I should just wait or go ahead and try eating

Eat when you are hungry, do not eat to a schedule. Sometimes I just have a couple banana chips and almonds until I want to eat a meal. You have to figure out what works or you.

Like they said every doc is different. My doc said no drinking 30 min before after and during. I find it uncomfortable to drink while I'm eating.
