I was banded on 11/28 and had a hernia repair too which caused me to stay an extra day in the hospital. I started having strong pain in that area last night. I called the Dr today and he wanted me to go to the ER. I promised if the pain persisted, I'd go tomorrow. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue with hernia repair. Overall I feel ok with the exception of the pain in that area.

I had one done also but on the 8th on Nov. My hurt there too for a couple of weeks, mostly because I didn't rest and I picked up things I shouldn't.

But better safe than sorry, go to you doctor.
