Today is the day for me. I'm getting up and getting ready now. I have to be at the surgical suite at 8:30. I'll let you all know how I do when I'm coherent again lol

Congratulations to all recent and upcoming December banders. Your journey begins and its all up to you. Lets here successful stories in the making from all of you. Give yourself time to heal then be positive and start the process to a new YOU.

Best wishes and Keep the Faith

I'm here and raring to go! My surgery is Dec 17th!!

Welcome skinnymoo! Glad to see you here. First pre op diet day down for me. Ended up with a nagging headache, but excited to finally get started. How was everyone elses? Banjo, are you there? You OK?

Yesterday was good. Today I want crab Rangoon so badly I can taste them but I'm staying strong...

I'm happy to report that surgery went very well. I went into surgery at 9. Woke up around 10:30 from anesthesia and left to go home at 12. I've been able to lay in my bed on either side and sleep for and hour and a half at a time. I've been walking around a lot in between naps. I have no gas pains. My pain in my stomach just feels like I did a bunch of sit-ups. I'm also tolerating drinking fluids well and have had nausea. I hope the rest of the day continues this well. I have no regrets!

Congrats!
