Is A Veggie Burger Too Much???

Hi. I am almost 4 weeks post op . I get my 1st fill on the 6th. I was wandering if eating a whole veggie burger patty is too much food?

      The patty has 15 grams of protein & I put a piece of mexican cheese on it that had 10 grams of protein.

    If you eat it without bun, no problem. I am assuming it is 3-4 oz. It should be fine, but where's the protein?
