Hi can someone tell me the day of ur first fill do u go on a clear liquid diet? Then start a different stage everyday?

My first fill was Tuesday. No big deal by the way. I was nervous for nothing! My dr put me on clear liquids for 24 hrs after the fill. Then 2 days of protein shakes then 2 days of mushies then back on solid food after that. I am very hungry today Just doing shakes. Just to warn you. Good luck

I love my Dr., no pre-op liquid diet, no drawing out the fills diet.LOL

My second fill is next Tuesday on the 4th

My doctor puts me in liquids for 24 hrs after the fill .....

Then one day of mushiness foods then back to normal ...

I have a friend that goes to Mexico for her fills and she's allowed to eat right after to make sure she's not to tight.... It all depends on the doctor I guess!
