So as i start putting away clothes that are too big now i ask myself How will this time be any different? Have had weight loss success b4 but never kept it off for long. I want this to be the last time. But how? Banded 10/10. Lost 35 need to lose 60 more. Happy but sad it could just be another failure. How can I make sure this time is different? Btw Im 51 and too old and tired to do this again!
