Newbie Introduction

Hi, I'm Pam. I'm hoping to have surgery in January or February of 2013. The wait is due to a change in insurance coverage at the first of the year. I'm 5'0 and weigh 210 pounds. I'm excited to be here and just by reading I already feel like I know some of you. I'm so excited to begin on this journey!

Welcome Pam, you will find this site is full of wonderful friends who will support you through your journey. Use the time while waiting for your surgery to read and learn the lap band rules. That way you will be prepared for the lifestyle change.

Good luck to you.

Welcome aboard, visit often cause we have great advice and great fun here!

Hi Pam! I'm Hoping to get banded around the same time. I am starting my 3 month supervised diet on wednesday! I am switching insurances also at the begining of the year too! Hope we can stay in touch.
