I have to do it for 2 weeks! I am finding SF popsicles are a god send so stock up on those.

When i get hungry i just have one. A Protein shake you can handle the taste of too! I like "svelte hello beautiful" in chocolate. Yum.

I wonder how many popsicles is too many... anyone? Is 10 a day too much?

My clinc said popsicles were a treat........meaning 1 a day was too many. I could also have Jello. I was also allowed 1 serving of fruit and 1 of veggies. Make your shakes super cold, I added instant coffee to try to mask the taste and at the beginning, I could stand the smell so I used straws.

good luck.

sugar free Popsicles and sugar free Jello are both no calorie containing foods and not really a treat per se...not to me T least ;)

I am allowed 2 popsicles and 2 jello cups per day.
