I have 4.2 in my band and a lot of food comes back up. Could I be eating too fast?

I am on general liquids and have been drinking Medifast shakes w milk but I am starving! Any suggestions?

I was banded on 11/28 and have gas pain in my upper abdomen. I've taken gas-x with little relief. Any ideas?
