New Band

hi everyone! my band was placed just yesterday. I am sore but doing ok. I was able to get in 65g protein today, so I am very happy. happy Thanksgiving to all!

Congratulations. I too myself was banded on yesterday. I feel great, just a little soreness. I was a little afraid to drink too much. Had a little broth, jello, and apple juice. As days go by, we will feel better. Keep it up

are you having a lot of gas? is so uncomfortable! how have you done with protein?

You're lucky you can eat. I had to fast for 1 week post surgery, nothing but liquids.

. Yes I am having gas, but I am doing a lot of walking. I bought some Gas-x strips that work as well. My advice would be for you to walk

For proteins i will drink muscle milk RTD(ready to drink).
