Going Back To Work During Phase Ii

Hi all please share when I went back to work how u packed your liquid meals. As well as what liquid food are good. I can't eat the Greek yogurt or the caned soups or jello I am Russian So I am so not use to caned food and i don't know how to make healthy home made foods. So day two I am forcing my self to eat the liste things. Please help

      I packed my shakes in a plastic container. You can make homemade soup and pack in 1 c containers. The same for v8 juice and coffee and tea.
