Apples And Oranges

I had an apple and an orange for breakfast and I have felt bloated all day. I had apple slices for breakfast yesterday and I felt weird then too. Maybe apple no longer tolerable.

Did you eat the skin of the apple? Some people have trouble with the skin.

peel them

If you havent had fruit in a while then it might be causing you stomach to upset.

I can't eat apples without peeling them first. If I don't, they will get stuck!

Glad I read this so I can keep it in mind!

For me it depends on the kind of apple. I can eat sliced Gala, but only a couple slices. The NUT says orange fiber is really good for you. Don't get too tight that you can't eat things that are good for you. That is why my doctor doesn't fill until six weeks out. Your body is healed and you are now learning to eat normal food. I know a lot of our bodies change so you need to keep a diary of what does and doesn't work for you.

I have no problem with apples I guess some do and some don't don't eat them for a few days then try again maybe it will be different next week.

I microwave my apples all cut up with cinnamon and Splenda...a nice dessert...and I keep the skin on
