Oh how exciting! Right now, I'm eating a salad with diced ham, shredded cheese, chic peas, and ranch dressing.

I am sitting at my desk eating some chicken tortilla soup and a small cup of fruit(IF I can finish the soup first..not likely).

Well, I was out all day grocery shopping for Thanksgiving so I just ate pistachios. However, I am about to open up a can of Chicken Breast and put a wedge of laughing cow lite swiss cheese in it and roll a few up in a bed of lettuce :)

At work sitting at my desk eating tomato soup, 1/4 c hummus and 4 wheat thins. :)Not too exciting.... but it works

Me too! Chili has become my "go to" lunch when I have home office days. Yummy, yummy, yummy!

I eat grilled fish and veggies mostly. Processed foods with sodium have never worked we'll for me. I also make the quiche with egg and spinach in muffin tins as a go to. I freeze them in advance and pull them out when I am not prepared for mealtime or too tired to cook!
