1St Day Exercising!

I am pre-op but I am already preparing myself for my surgery in January. I walked 3.06 miles in 55:17! have not exercised in almost 9 months. Tomorrow i will beat that time.

Good job Sammy, my date is 12/14 and on my 8th day of liquids and I am walking 0.65/mile and cycling. Good to start now because post surgery cannot exercise for 4-5 weeks!
