      thank you thank you and in only on week 5 hopefully ill be another size down for my cadet reunion in 3 weeks, going to work my butt off,, litterally LOL

      thanks its been hard, but i also coukd be stricter with myself :/ but i just keep thinking its a life change not a quick fix
