Biotin Question

I bought a skin, hair and nails supplement yesterday. Scared to take it because of warnings to see doc before you start it and possible allergic reactions. Is this label normal for all biotin replacement? Has anyone had issues?

I think that's a pretty standard warning. I have been taking 1000 mcg of biotin since surger (January 2012), with no issues...but I'm not a doctor and I see mine every month. I also am not one with allergy issues.

i see that warning on almost every supplemment. I think it is to protect their liabililty. I dont think most supplments are fda approved or regulated either.
