Rest assure we all have been there and done that. You are right! It is a learning process and does take some time. We have busy stressful lives and we tend to 'rush' everything we do, including eating. If you catch yourself rushing, put your utensil down and take a few deep breaths, collect yourself, and most importantly 'focus'. This allows you to realize you need to slow down. Especially those of you who have very small children, you really need the extra time...
