so excited, surgery is scheduled nov 12 and I can't wait! I start my one week pre op liquid diet in two days which is a tad daunting but I know it will be worth it! Good luck to other November banders!

Good luck ... hang in there.. it gets better... finally got off my liquids.. Thank god! lol. you'll be happy with the results though!

I didn't do well with the pre op diet. But, still managed to get banned yesterday. But, do better than I did okay..

its horrible..... but a pre op liquid diet is so Important in my opinion

You will learn that food is fuel... You don't need to ingest food to survive....just nutrition

After the first few days of hell ... Being on liquid will not be so bad and it will prepare you for being on liquid after surgery

You are preparing your liver for a successful surgery

You will lose weight if you stick with it which is motivating in itself!
