Greetings From Ky

Hi! New here! I had my band surgery in 2006. I lost a bit over 100 pounds but had all fluid taken out due to severe anemia. I am starting to be refilled and need some emotional support! I have gained 60 pounds due to poor habits. I know how to do the band, just need a boost to get back on track! Thanks

I'm newly banded so I can't yet understand all the feelings but I know you can do it! You lost it before, get back on track and use ur band!! Good luck and best success.
