First Work Out

I am 10 days post op and I did 10 minutes on the elipticle and some very light weights. Even though it was a very light work out, it felt good.

You did great! Start off slow and gradually increase your intensity/duration. Excersise is half the battle in my opinion. Keep it up!

Great job!! I'm one day post op had surgery yesterday. I feel pretty off I'm most comfortable when standing or walking. How long till the soreness is gone like its hard to sit up I feel like I'm going to rip something

I was banded Monday and I could finally lay down Wednesday. I still feel like things are loose inside me. Lol

I was banded Tuesday and slept on my belly for the first time last night! Sleeping on my back was killing me! I'm also walking straight up today, not all hunched over anymore! Thank goodness!
