This is hard to answer without knowing where you are on your journey.

My first week I was so bloated and swollen from the surgery & hernia repair that I thought I would bust.

Just sipping water kept me full. Now I'm two weeks out, I can drink as much as I want and I do get hungry, but the recommended diet I'm on works well for me. We'll see how it goes after meat and other foods are added back, might need a few fills.
