No worries, put the scale away for another week or two! Its just fluids it will go away! By the way you dont even look overweight from your profile pic!

Ok, i guess it might be normal since i haven't had a bowel movement in 5 days and still swollen but WTH?! I know this is the healing time but i got on today to check b/c i feel less swollen today and i just wanted to see. I have been following the directions to a T. Maybe i just need to hear it from someone, LOL I am so happy i am starting to live a healthier life and will start losing weight soon but i would LOVE to see the scale go down! he he. Ok, rant over!
