Dandelion Root Tea And Cranberry Juice

hey every one,, i recently started a detox drink suggested by jillian michaels,, dandelion root tea cranberry juice and lemon,, i have this as my hot drink first this in the morning,, and i have jus dandelion tea before i go to bed, ive been doing it for four days now and ive lost 1kg already :) excited cuz i was on a plateau for two weeks before this,, it tastes nice and i find it gives me more energy then coffee :)

yea this drink is amazing, i have my berroca before i exercise, after exercise i have breaky then half an hour later i have this drink :) its fabulous amd cheap !!!

Can you tell me a little more about it??? Is there a specific amount of cranberry and lemon you use? I just found the tea on GNC website. What do you use???
