Please call your physician, I was told and read tons of article's which say take things easy. Small walks build up endurance low wts can be used from 1-3 pounds. These passages state slow & easy don't over rush activities swimming which I love uses just about all your muscle groups try walking excerises in pool first. You'll get there

I was told that as long as I didn't have 'scabs' I would be okay in a pool or tub..........but take it easy if you are swimming to exercise.

If your all healed, can't hurt to pay close attention to the incision sites, wash promptly after getting them exposed to other water sources and pat dry. Any abnormal changes get in contact with your doctor.
