Loose Skin

Hey all,

I'm 25 and have lost a noticeable amount of weight but not very much yet. I was wondering if anyone has managed to loose around 80 lbs and NOT be a saggy mess. I know this is terrible, but I almost think that being overweight is more attractive than being saggy. :-/

I am hoping that building muscle and being young will help..but I don't know.

You are only 25, you may not have problems like us old-timers! Keep exercising and moisturize your skin. Hopefully you will be lucky and it will bounce back. I am 51 and have lost 123 pounds so far. Yes I am saggy, but damn proud because I feel much better, look much better and if I want, I can fix the skin issue. Sure beats the continued issues I would have if I were still carrying the extra 123 pounds. Remember why we are doing this.

I've lost about 170 lb and don't sag.

That is fantastic! I wish I was so lucky!

Ive lost 160 lbs. and I thought I was gonna be a saggy mess. The only work i need is a boob job not that i need it i want it i miss my beautiful full breast. Funny thing about breast they're nothing but fat and were the first to go.:-(....What I think helps is how slow or how fast u lose ur weight. My has been slow and steady over the last three years giving me time to work on building muscle. Drink plenty of water and work closely with your doctor to monitor your progress. Your young your skin will bounce back. ;-)

My surgeon said not to stress out about it too much and my exercise specialist said to just keep doing some hand weights while watching tv and walking. I dissagree that being fat is better than some sag. I speak for myself but if you are fat you take up so much space, face is huge, look crappy in pics or dressed up for weddings etc......if you are saggy tuck that **** into a spanx and work it girl!

Good luck =)
