Does Everyone Have Surgery

I am being banded tomorr. Very nervous! I was just wondering, does everyone need to get plastic surgery? Is there instances where the skin won't sag

Wow nice job and yes you can tell you work out! How long after your surgery were those photos taken ?

I'm 42 and 80 pounds down and I do not need plastic surgery. It would be nice to have just because but its not necessary. I did workout throughout my journey mostly water.

It's all luck and genetics. I had areas that didn't bounce back and areas that bounced back very well. You won't really know how you're going to go until you get there.

Depends on your body... I'm DEFINITELY going to need my arms (and thighs, if I care enough) done, but won't need a tummy tuck.

Anyone take collagen supplements to help with skin elasticity? Do you think it helped?
