Maddysgram just about summed it up. :)

my Dr. explain to me you have to drink 30 to 45 min before and after meal. because when you eat your meal you don't want to go fast on your sophagus and you will have a really bad pain and you may feel emty and need to eat more, so you have to eat and wait. that way you feel full. I am still learning the process is hard when you used to eat and r

drink at the same time.

So if u eat something like Peanut Butter, or something spicy, you can't have even a tiny sip to clear your mouth? What do other people do if they eat food like that?

Trying eating a price of celery or something else cooling after eating spicy.. Or avoid spicy. And I only wash peanut butter down w chocolate ;) which by the way is also cooling!

Great ideas :) (esp the chocolate haha). Yesterday I had half an english muffin with Peanut Butter and followed with a small apple and that did the trick.

I believe avoiding salty foods with be what I do. Seems I've gotten less tolerant of salty foods as I've gotten older, so there ya go!
