my Dr. explain to me you have to drink 30 to 45 min before and after meal. because when you eat your meal you don't want to go fast on your sophagus and you will have a really bad pain and you may feel emty and need to eat more, so you have to eat and wait. that way you feel full. I am still learning the process is hard when you used to eat and r drink at the same time.

I got my surgery on Oct。 11/12 since then my dreams are so weird.

I was banded on thursday feeling ok but now I have a cough. Feeling full i feel pregnant the shakes make me vomit.just drinking water.

Anyone banded on Octuber 11th witb dr Aquila would like to know how is everyone?

I been having a cough with phlem and tightness on my chest, just having some argument with my kids and getting frustrate wish i was in the hospital to have peace.

My Dr. Aguilar told me to have 5 optifast a day and drinks water after , and pops and jelatine without sugar if I am very hungry, but if I am only hungry if I feel dizzey to drink hot water with one chicken broth. but I am doing ok, I am not hungry.
