I'm A Newbie

Hi I'm new to this site and I am just really starting my journey to my lapband. On October 22,2012 This will be my second nutrition visit,I was sentence to 6 months worth. Lord Bless and say the same I will have my surgery in April 2013.I wanted to hear other peoples experiences through their journey.

      Good for you! Sept 6 was my surgery date. Down 39 lbs, not everyone is the same, so weight loss is different. Honestly I wish I had done this 10 years ago. Learning that a little goes a long way.

      I'm still in the beginning stages and have just submitted my paperwork to the surgeon I am waiting to hear back to know if I am approved with my insurance or if I need to do a six-month diet good luck
