Something In Throat

I feel like if sonething is caught in my throat, anyone has advice. Ive been like this since lastnight. Had chicken soup and am drinking fluids okay just that stuck feeling. Please someone help.....

sometimes it goes like that. also cause my not chewing enough, or you ate to fast ot to much or like I said it just goes like that some day.

Mine is always related to eating too fast. I think sometimes I wait to long to eat then wish to rush it down like a pig..

I do that when I eat too fast I drink something warm and normally it will go away

I do that too I am starving by the time I eat and then I eat way too fast I am trying so hard to slow down but I think being in the military you learn to eat so fast so then its hard to break the habit I never knew I ate as fast as I do....a work in progress:)
