New To This

Has anyone felt sick on pre op diet. I think I got the wrong Protein shakes they have to much protein any suggestions on brands. This was so much harder than I thought.....

I use the powder from Costco. It's 100% whey, I hope this helps.

How far along are you on your pre op diet?

I felt sick the first day or so but after that I got used to them and drink them now with no problem.

I have 3 more days of my pre op diet to go.

I have ordered the unjury protein powder to try, I start preop diet on the 22nd. I'm hoping the "unflavored" can be mixed with iced tea or lemonaid.. I will let you know as soon as I try it.

Try the GNC Lean Shakes. They were my lifesaver!! They are already made and taste good and didn't bother my stomach.

Thanks everyone I am going to try another one. The one I got from GNC has 60 grams protein in one serving I think it is more for body building. I said to my husband great all I need is to gain weight.
