Still Hungry

Ok so I'm 2 full weeks out today, just started my first day of soft food...I have lost 14.2 pounds but weight hasn't moved for the last 4 or 5 days. I'm not as concerned about that as I am about the fact that I'm hungry!!!! I eat my 3/4 to 1 cup or food and I'm still hungry!! What I do? Example this am I had a package of instant oatmeal 150calories, 3gm of fibre and I don't feel satisfied I feel hungry!! Like I don't know how I'm gonna make it to lunch hungry!!! Any suggestions is this normal 2 weeks out?

Make sure your not drinking at least 45 min after eating. And if i sit down in front of the tv my tummy starts to feel so full it hurts. If i move around i don't even feel full. So i wait for that painfully signal before i move on. Once i have that signal i can't eat for about 5 hrs
