My surgery was 9/7/12 and before that I never took Tylenol for anything. My Gas X strips, Tylenol and hot green tea helped. Most of your pain is probably gas...I learned that being on LBT. Hope you feel better soon. Come on over to My Fitness Pal for more help and support.

Yeah I know it prob is, I'm feeling pain in my shoulders which I haven't had problems with since surgery , can I take just regular Tylenol ??and I'm on fitness pal I'm not really using it right now cuz I'm on the liquids right now ahess1990

I just took the Extra Strength Tylenol. And please use Fitness Pal now. Most people there may only be a few weeks ahead of you. You can start reading their food diaries and learn alot. Wish I knew about them before my surgery. Gonna add you today! gonna ask my people to add you too. Feel free to forward me as well. Darkangel321

Yes ma'am I have and thank you I think it would hep me a lot to see what other are eating , I'm going to start doing mine today even if I'm just doing shakes

That pain you are feeling is from the gas buildup. Tylenol won't help, but Gas X will. Just keep moving around and get the gas absorbed.
