Flu Or Surgery Related?

I had Lao band surgery 9/24... This morning I woke up with my neck being stiff... It has progressed into horrible pain on the right side of my neck/shoulder... It hurts to take a deep breath... I also have the chills and feel very nauseous and tired. Feels kinda of like the flu but just wante to make sure it's not something to do with the band

Thanks
