Would there be something wrong with taking a glycerin suppository? How long have you been banded? What food phase are you on?

I had that prob first week ad I used a suppository twice. Yesterday I stared the purée phase and the FIRST thing I puréed was zucchini. ( spinach or carrots work too) that helped tremendously. Also hot herbal tea is good, there are certain ones that promote healthy BM.
