Yes, it is frustrating but remember that the numbers on the scale are only one measure of your success. How are you going with inches lost? What about the size of your clothes?

I think of a plateau as a time when my body is catching up on the changes that I have made. My body has become used to me eating less and working out more so it has stopped reacting (i.e. losing weight). Generally I find that changing something up such as my exercise, intensity, eating a little more, eating a little less, will get the scales moving again.

You will get past it. Hang in there!

Try mixing things up. Eat more or less than you have been ( don't know what your calorie intake is). Do you exercise? If so change what you are doing. I know it sucks when the scale doesn't move, but what about inches? Take your measurements, bet they have changed.

Don't give up! This too shall pass!

Hey sarie everyone is right on cause like u I haven't lost on scale but 4 pounds in 2 months but luckily I was measuring and in that 2 months I lost 2.5 inches at three measure points. How that works blows my mind but it is very much true hang in there and keep doing what ur doing
