This is super exciting...though I see that I have lost those 7 pounds in my neck lol. That's the only area I can see any difference in.

Has anyone's DR given them a weight loss goal (like 10 pounds) before surgery or they wouldn't do the surgery? Mine said 10 but tomorrow is my weigh in and I think I will be at 9?

SWFL here! My surgery is Oct 15. I've been on my 6mth supervised diet for 7 mths now. I've lost 29 lbs. Dr said a month ago just needed to lose 5 lbs before surgery, that was 10lbs ago. No liquid diet before surgery, yay!!!

Nope mine didn't for me, but he did to my friend and I lost 10 pounds in my 6 months req weight management by ins.

Same here..I only lost 5 in a week.

I've been a liquid diet since since 9/11 (1000 calories a day) haven't cheated at all and I don't feel like I've lost a lot of weight. I'm kinda of discouraged, I'm going to be banded in 2 days.
