I am thrilled with my results, but I have also put the work needed into it. I work out regularly and watch what I eat. I dont let one slip up ruin the rest of my day/week. I also know that I am human and I'm going to allow myself a bowl of ice cream if thats what I want. If I'm out with friends, I am going to have a glass or two of alcohol.

My band has made all the difference in my weight loss...I could not have made this much progress and avoided Type II Diabetes without it.

I now understand how much work it takes to loose every pound...still definitely worth the effort to learn how to use this tool!

yup I am happy. There have been times along the way that I was frustrated that my loss was slow but in the end I am happy. Slow and steady wins the race!!!

No regrets. Its a tool and Ive used it as such...Best thing Ive ever done for myself.

No regrets at all. I'm happy I made this decision in my life!

I am 2 months post op tomorrow and have no regrets.

I am 22 months post op. like others have said... I love my band but the band only does 70% of the work. You must put in the effort to maximize results. I am 10 lbs or so from my goal... Not once was I bored with the diet because it's about portions and nutrition ...I did however count calories and limited them to 1000 per day...but I am rarely hungry.

It's a big decision. Only do it if you are committed and ready for a lifestyle change.

Good luck
