Trouble Eating In The Evening

has anyone experienced not being able to eat in the evening even when u feel hungry. i find i cn only eat liquid stuff or very soft foods if an evening. fustrating

    It's harder to eat Breakfast and lunch, but dinner I can eat a horse! Lol

    I just read somewhere to drink something really cold before dinner and it will tighten you up. I javen't tried it myself as yet...
