I am about 4 1/2 weeks out of surgery and today I woke up feeling terribly sick to my stomach. I feel nauseaus and I just want to curl up in a ball and go back to sleep but of course I am at work.
I have heard stories about being "stuck" and I am wondering if that's what is going on.
Yesterday I had a piece of french toast for Breakfast. Then for lunch I made a blended chocolate/peanutbutter smoothie (milk, Protein shake mix, ice & 1 table spoon of peanutbutter). For dinner I had a grilled cheese sandwich and some tomato Soup. I felt like my day went pretty well but I was very full after dinner. This was my first time really eating bread and now I am wondering if it was a bad idea.
Any tips or ideas?
I haven't had any fills yet - my first one will be Oct 4th. And I am already down 23 pounds since I started my journey in June.
Thanks
