And what mushy foods did you eat?

I was on full liquids for 4 weeks. That's considered a long time tho, my dr's choice. I went straight to soft foods for a week (scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, tuna salad, egg salad, refried Beans, yogurt, puddings, etc)

Good luck! So glad that period is long overwith!

I was only on liquids for one week and now I'm on mushies for a week. I eat pretty mush what she listed above! Good luck!

I was on liquids for 2 weeks preop and 2 weeks post op and then 2 weeks of mushy. I ate low fat turkey chili that my surgeon approved.

I was on liquids for 4 weeks, too. 2 weeks Clear Liquids then 2 weeks full liquids, followed by 2 weeks of mushies.

Every surgeon has their own idea what is best so it will all depend on what yours recommends.

Mine was 2 days clear 2 weeks liquid 2 weeks mushy

I was on clear liquids for a week. Doing full liquids now for one week, then mushy for one week.
