Hallelujah

I am happy to report that FINALLY, after 2 weeks of no weight loss, I lost 2.2 pds. Geez, I thought it would never go back down again. And no, I'm soooo not patient :)

As a side note, does anyone else experience constipation? I seem to go every '3' days now, and I'm concerned it should be more often. I take miralax daily, which is a stool softener, but think I should take something else to ensure I "go."

Gee, didn't this post go from excitement to .... another topic... LOL

Congratulations on weight loss!

My granddaughter is onMiralax . She has been since birth (her stomach doesn't work), you can adjust the dosage to get the results you need, but please, please please talk to your Dr. first.

Good luck!

Yes, I do get constipation - badly. I talked to my surgeon about it. They told me not to use stimulate laxitave. To use the stool softener and to adjust the amount of it. That helps. My doctor said I would likely regulate myself in 6 months to a year. However, if I used the stimulate laxitive it can cause the body to become dependent on it.

Talk to you doctor if it's to bad. Our bodies have been through a lot and having to make a lot of adjustments.
