Elliptical 3 Weeks Post Op

I did the elliptical today and thought everything was fine until my friend told me after it is too early for me to be doing that. It seems just like walking to me. Opinions?

I agree with you. As long as you aren't experiencing any pain why not? You're supposed to be active, right?

I started back on the elliptical at just over 2 weeks post op. I had a quick recovery though. As long as you feel ok, I say go for it.

My doctor gave me the okay to go back to the gym at 3 weeks with no restrictions. I go on the elliptical every time.
