I love to eat salads, but I love to have ranch dressing all over it. What do yall use on your salads to make sure you don't get stuck???

ditto that on Walden Farms...........

Never heard of Walden Farms... going to check it out.

I use light Italian, or Raspberry vinigrette (yummy) but my favorite is Ken's Steak House Ceasar Lite. It is as good as any bottled Ceasar I've had.

However... I am going to check out the Walden Farms!

Thanks!

olive oil, lemon, salt pepper!

Walmart's Great Value Fat Free Zesty Italian is really good. I love ranch and did not like Italian at all, but that one has a really good flavor.

I make dressings using greek yogurt. I'll add a packet of itallian seasoning.. or ranch seasoning.. that way i get some protein with the calories :)

i sometimes use a quarter teaspoon of low fat sour cream... just mix it into the salad after a little olive oil . thats really nice.

I always get stuck on salad, but if i eat baby spinach in place of lettuce, i dont get stuck.
