I everyone, I am 24 hrs banded! I feel great! I am so excited to begin this journey.....I am extremely optimistic and positive about my future.

    Congratulations and Best wishes. It will get better. Hang in there. Walk some this early and SIP your Water NOT like before. Use heating pad on your back even 15 minutes whether you have gas or not. Get a head start on the gas. The heat will soothe your back and you can sleep better. Be Positive and Keep the Faith.
