  2. @ Brian, thanks for the information. I think your right on all points! It has only happened twice..I have had an egg since and was really paying close attention to eating slower and chewing more. It's a life time chance and takes practice.
  3. Hi everyone, hope all is well I am two weeks post op almost and I am on soft/ blended foods. I'm doing great for the most part I am able to tolerate all things I've eaten....once in a while I feel discomfort after swallowing...it comes about a few seconds after a swallow. Is this from too much food intake or not chewing enought, anyone else experiancimg this? Is it normal or call for concern? Thanks.
  4. Model, is it possible to take a picture of this to see? I mean it would not be an invasion of privacy as your face would not be expossed. I think a lot of people replying to this thread are concerned and curious.....thanks and good luck.
  5. I agree, it could be worse. You took the first step, getting banded. It's a journey like anything else, some good days...some not so good. I am hungry today.....
  6. I am day 8, your not a failure, are you kidding? One day at a time, saying you'll never cheat again is setting yourself up for failure. Your ok! Hang in there, if it was mushed I'm sure it's ok, for me from day 8-15 I can have soft puréed foods. So if I purée an Avacoda I'm ok....you are too!
  7. I everyone, I am 4 days post op and have had hiccups a few times, anyone else experience this? Maybe I am drinking too fast?
